Step 1
Prep Work & Kickoff Call
You will complete prep work for our time together. This will give me essential information about your skill level, experience, and what you hope to get out of our time together. Once this is complete, we will have our bonus Kickoff Call. This call will be to answer any questions you have before we begin, go over the goals for our day together, and get an overview of the agenda for our day.
Step 2
VIP Day
This is the exciting part! We will meet via a video call on your VIP Day. We will spend about 4 hours together (minus snack and bathroom breaks). This day will consist of 4 main parts:

Instruction and guidance on all the parts of the product photography process. I have so many tips and tricks for you!

A studio tour to show you my equipment, storage, organization, and how everything is set up.

We will go through an actual photo shoot together of one of your resources. You can watch as I model what to do, and participate by taking your own photos alongside me from home (if you choose).

We will go through the editing process together. I will show you exactly how I edit to get those bright whites and bold colors. You will have a chance to practice, as well. We will also go over resources and support before we part ways for the day!
Step 3
VIP Day Follow-Up Support
I won't leave you hanging! I will provide you with the recorded video sessions from our day together and any additional resources to help you going forward. You will also receive 7 days of support after our day together via Voxer. You will be able to voice message me anytime throughout the week to get questions answered as you have a chance to practice on your own.

What is the difference between this and a product photography course?This is like getting a hair cut and color. Once you schedule it, you will make time, because it’s one day. Commit to 4 hours of one-on-one time with me and you can learn the skills you need to take product photos for your business. How many courses have you purchased that are waiting for you to finish them? Maybe you started the first module, or maybe you told yourself you would wait until life slows down. Without the commitment and time in your schedule to finish, the honest reality is that you will probably never completely finish those courses. How do I know? Because I am you. I have signed up for more courses, boot camps, trainings, and workshops than I can count. I have finished a small percentage of them. With this model, I am giving you 1:1 attention. No long drawn out process. Product photography is the type of skill that you learn by doing. With a course, you may watch some videos, work through a workbook, but then when you go to apply what you learned, chances are you forget everything. That's because most people need to see a skill being modeled and have the opportunity to actually do what they are learning and ask questions.

Will I need "fancy" photography equipment?In order to get quality photos, you do NOT need to buy expensive equipment or a fancy camera. But... you will need some things. There are some basic materials/equipment you will need in order to successfully take your own product photos. Here is a basic list to get an idea of things you will need: iPhone, phone, or camera white foam board (Dollar Tree!) or other background props (notebooks, pencils, manipulatives, cardstock, etc) lighting (a good, bright spot by a window or artificial lighting like a ring light, leds, or soft box) printer to print resources

How do I know if this will be a good fit for me?This experience is a good fit for TPT sellers who: 1. Are motivated to learn how to take on some or all of the photography for their resources 2. Would describe themselves as a beginner or intermediate learner when it comes to product photography 3. Have (or are willing to get) the basic necessities to take product photos (ie. a phone to take photos with, white foam board for a background and light box, printer, props and background card stock) 4. Are willing to set aside half a day to do a live video chat with me 5. Learn best through active participation and modeling - If you are the type of learner that needs someone there to answer your questions directly, break down processes into smaller steps, and walk you through step-by-step, this will be a perfect fit!

Who might this experience NOT be a good fit for?This VIP experience might not be the best fit for you if: You do not have an interest in taking your own product photos You would consider yourself at an advanced or expert level when it comes to product photography You are looking for higher level photography training (DSLR settings, advanced editing and post-processing, etc) You are looking for photography training that is NOT TPT specific. Do I need to have a certain level of experience in order to do this?No! You can be an absolute beginner, and I would be thrilled to work with you! This format is very flexible because of the 1:1 aspect. Part of the pre-work is completing a workbook that will ask you to elaborate on your experience and skill level. From this information, I will be able to adapt my instructional content to meet you at your current level of need.
